Smoked Wild Caught Fish review by Phillipssavannahkay
The Smoked Wild-Caught Fish was absolutely outstanding. The fish had a rich, smoky flavor and was incredibly fresh. It was seasoned just right, allowing the natural taste of the fish to shine without being overwhelming. Every bite was delicious, and it was clear that high-quality ingredients were used. If you're visiting Cortesse's Bistro in St. Augustine, this is definitely a dish worth ordering. I would happily come back just to have it again.

Excellent! There were four of us, we had eggplant, sea bass, fettuccine, stuffed mushrooms, cake. We loved everything, the outside patio is gorgeous, service was fabulous, food was superb! We live in Fernandina, we'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful meal in the garden area. My husband and I shared the mussels for appetizer and afterwards my husband had the salmon and I had the red snapper. Everything was wonderful! You could hear the piano bar in the background, which was a wonderful bonus! Our server was great and checked back several times to make sure we were happy with our meals. Once we finished our meal, we still had some wine in the bottle so we moved over to the piano bar. We will be making this our date night go to.

I was visiting my family and restaurant hopped a bit when in the area. I had the chicken Picatta when I came in for a late lunch/ early dinner. The combination of the different flavors was perfect! None of the flavors were overriding one another, and I would recommend the dish to people dining here for the first time.

So well prepared, sauce was excellent and taste full recommend extra bread to soak up the sauce. Bread was fresh, service was awesome. A dinner experience to remember on our special day.

Our first visit here and it didn't disappoint. Sat in the open air garden which was very nice. The meals were great and the service spot on. We'll be back next visit to St Augustine

My daughter and I dined with you on a recent visit to St Augustine. Our dinners were delicious. Best of those in the area. Service was polite and prompt. Ambiance was lovely. We would choose there again.

I really enjoyed the dish. All the items we had were very good. The atmosphere was especially nice. Surprised at how much bigger and cooler the place is than it appears from outside.
